The stimulation mode or patterns can be changed by pressing the Mode button. Each press will select the next of the 7 modes. The receiver unit will beep when the mode is changed and the yellow light will glow in sympathy with the selected stimulation pattern on both the transmitter and receiver units.

Stimulation Intensity Control:
The ElectraStim controller has 18 stimulation intensity levels, which are clearly displayed on the LED display. It is especially important to know the exact stimulation level when controlling another person, to avoid unwanted intensity levels. Each of the six LEDs has 3 brightness levels, so when all LEDs are off there is no stimulation. When the Intensity + button is pressed on the transmitter, the bottom LED lights up dimly, which corresponds to level 1. Repeatedly pressing the Intensity + button increases the intensity. The higher the intensity, the more LEDs light up. When all 5 LEDs light up, the highest level (18) has been reached. The receiver/stimulator will indicate with a high pitch beep when the intensity is increased and a slight pitch beep when the intensity is reduced.

Intensity boost function:
For a fast and hard intensity, do not increase using the intensity buttons in the usual way, but simply press the boost button. Be warned - this increases the intensity by 3 levels. When you release the boost button, the intensity will return to the original setting. The receiver/stimulator will warn with two high pitch tones when a boost command is received.

Trigger function:
The trigger mode allows the Dom to turn the stimulation on or off at the touch of a button. To turn on the trigger mode, the mode button must be pressed and held for 2 seconds.

Movement Sensing Mode:
The ElectraStim Controller is also a state-of-the-art omni-directional motion detector.

Transmission range:
The transmission range depends on the number and type of obstacles in the path between the transmitter and receiver unit as well as the battery status in the transmitter. In the nominal open area, the range is approximately 50 meters.

Security features:
Using digital technology it has been possible to create some very useful safety features. For example, when you turn on the ElectraStim controller, all power levels are automatically reset, regardless of where they were when it was turned off.

Battery warning:
When the battery is running low and needs replacing, a light on the transmitter or receiver will flash. When the batteries are very low, the unit will automatically shut off. Use a good quality alkaline battery for optimum life and performance.
