These long, self-adhesive electrodes are just a little different to the standard electrodes from E-Stim. They are longer and therefore offer a larger contact surface without compromising on quality. Each adhesive pad is made of high-quality materials with a medical-grade, anti-allergenic adhesive. Each pad is also equipped with a 2mm/TENS socket on a small cable. You can connect all E-Stim Systems Power Boxes with the basic cables provided and most TENS devices with a TENS pin connection to this socket.

How do I use the E-Stim long electrodes, self-adhesive (pack of 4)?

To use, simply remove the electrodes from the carrier film, then stick them onto the skin and finally connect them to your electrical stimulation device. Since these are monopolar electrodes, you always have to use two pads at the same time. The pads can be stuck onto almost any dry skin surface. In addition, it is not necessary to use conductive gel with self-adhesive electrodes.

After use, carefully remove the pads from the skin and then stick them back on the carrier film. In general, you can use the self-adhesive electrodes several times - but they are basically considered disposable items. Therefore, always ensure adequate hygiene.
