How do I use the Kegel Train-Her Set?

Use this set for your pelvic floor training! There are three weights (50g, 80g, 110g) available so that even beginners can get started. Simply insert them and the training can begin. You don't need to worry about the balls "disappearing" because a flexible, soft retrieval band ensures safety.

Depending on the moisture level of the intimate area, a water-based lubricant such as AQUAglide is recommended to make insertion easier. However, this also increases the level of difficulty - because what goes in easily also comes out easily.

Important: Since the balls are made of silicone, which feels particularly pleasant on the sensitive skin of your intimate area, please do not use any lubricant that contains silicone. This will quickly cause unpleasant stains and the material will become brittle over time.
