How do I use the E-Stim Micro Electrodes, self-adhesive (pack of 4)?

Using these electrosex electrodes is extremely simple: simply peel them off the backing film, then stick them on your skin and finally connect them to your electrical stimulation device. Since these are monopolar electrodes, you always have to use two pads at the same time. The pads can be used on almost all dry skin surfaces. In addition, you usually do not need conductive gel with self-adhesive electrodes. After use, carefully peel the pads off the skin and stick them back on the backing film.
